The Community

The The Ridge at Belmont is a much sought after community consisting of 161 homes in Orange, California. We are proud to be a part of the Belmont Community which includes our own Belmont Park, a 2.1 acre neighborhood park. We are conveniently located off of the 55 and 91 freeways and are close to great shopping and entertainment centers including Savi Ranch, The Tustin Market Place, Village Mall, The Block, and Main Place Mall. We are just minutes away from John Wayne Airport, Orange County’s only commercial service airport.

The Belmont Community is part of the sought after Orange Unified School District where children will attend Nohl Canyon Elementary and Villa Park High School. These schools are considered to be two of the nation’s top schools.
